Shipping policy

After receiving your order confirmation email, all in-stock and ready-to-ship products will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom printed and on-demand products require an additional ten (10) business days of printing and packaging time before processing for shipping.

USA & Canadian Orders

Please note that the current COVID-19 pandemic has affected shipping carrier delivery times. Shipping times within USA & Canada usually take 7 to 10 business days; however, we cannot guarantee these delivery times with the current situation.

International Orders

Please note that the receiver may pay taxes and/or duties when orders are shipped outside Canada. At present, we cannot guarantee shipping times on International orders.(We currently don't offer our products to European countries)

Free Shipping Promotions

On New Products for USA & CanadaPromotion applies to orders sent to Canada (excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) and the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). On Orders Above 800$: Promotion applies to orders sent to these Canadian Provinces/Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) and the United States (Alaska and Hawaii).

On Orders Above 1000$ Promotion applies to orders sent to other International countries, eligible to buy from our Shop.

25.00$ - International countries eligible to buy from our store - For packages above 1000g

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven't received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact us at sales@pleasedonttell.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

All sales are final. We accept returns in exchange for items damaged in transit. To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email us within 24 hours of receiving the product at sales@pleasedonttell.shop
